Las Artistas started in 1970 when a group of artistic friends decided to hold an art show in one of their backyards. Now, over 50 years later, that small group of friends has grown into a thriving organization comprised of a board, and members who participate in one or more committees to carry on the mission  of the organization.

As a 401(c)(3) non-profit group, we need all the help we can get. Your talents, time and efforts are an incredible resource! Your ideas help keep our organization growing and our events running; allowing us to expand, hold more events and provide additional opportunities for emerging artists and professionals.

Expectations:

General membership meetings are held once a month. While we don’t keep track of volunteered hours, we expect everyone to volunteer at some capacity throughout the year. Visit our Community Outreach page to see the 2022 events.
